We rotate through three styles—Peak Power (strength-focused), Peak Cardio (high-intensity bodyweight), and Peak Hybrid (the best of both). Classes cap at 20 people, which means your coach actually knows your name and watches your form. Show up, follow the plan, leave better than you came.
STUDIOS BUILT DIFFERENT

Our studios look more like converted warehouses than polished fitness spaces, because that's exactly what some of them are. No mirrors everywhere, no pristine white walls, no trying to look cute. Just raw space with good sound systems, proper ventilation, and gear that works. It feels like where actual training happens.
